Kenneth McEwen

Kenneth provides tax and accountancy advice to a range of clients including individuals and corporate entities, and specialises in advising owner-managed businesses. His particular expertise lies in tailoring tax planning that is efficient for both the business owners and the business itself.

Kenneth has advised clients from a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, professional services and property companies on issues including: business acquisitions and disposals, entrepreneur’s relief, capital allowances, tax efficient investments (including EIS and SEIS), tax efficient remuneration (including share schemes) and companies purchasing their own shares. Kenneth regularly advises individuals on residence and domicile as well as inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.

Having helped a number of clients through tax investigations and enquiries, Kenneth has extensive experience in dealing with HM Revenue and Customs. Kenneth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
